• Alltoner does not manufacture every toner cartridge available. However, we do have cartridges for the most popular printers, such as Hewlett Packard, Canon, Apple and Lexmark. The fastest way to find out, is to check our products compatibility. If your printer is not listed, e-mail us, listing as much information about your machine as possible including; engine type and model number. We will research the situation and e-mail you promptly with the results.

Will my Alltoner OEM Compatible cartridge last as long as the original?

• Your Alltoner Premium OEM Compatible Toner Cartridge will usually last about 15%-100% longer, depending on the cartridge model. In many instances, original manufacturers do not fill their cartridges to full capacity. Alltoner fills its Premium Toner Cartridge with an average of 15% or more toner than the original manufacturer uses. With Alltoner's UltraLife Toner cartridge, an end user could experience additional page yields of up to 50% - 100%! Page yields are typically based on a test document of 4%-5% print coverage. Can a Alltoner OEM Compatible cartridge damage my machine?

• Every Alltoner OEM-Compatible toner cartridge is painstakingly checked and rechecked to ensure that it cannot cause damage of any kind to your machine. With Alltoner, you have a cartridge manufacturer experienced in the proper methods of toner cartridge production. Alltoner's Premium toner cartridges are essentially identical in design and function to that of the OEM cartridge. Every part of the cartridge is carefully examined during the manufacturing process. Old components are replaced with new ones of the same dimension and functional purpose as the original components. And don't forget, our warranty!

Will an OEM toner cartridge outperform a Alltoner OEM-Compatible toner cartridge?

• Definitely not! The high-performance OPC drum in the Alltoner cartridge is superior to the one used in most OEM cartridges. As a result, Alltoner cartridges will often outperform an OEM cartridge--not only in page yield, but in print density, clarity and overall performance. How will I know when my toner cartridge is empty? To some, this may seem like a silly question, with an obvious answer. Not so! We were amazed to find how many cartridges are discarded at the first sign of streaking or print omission. Sometimes there is still as much as 25% of the toner remaining in the cartridge. Next time it happens to you, try this first. Remove the cartridge from your machine and gently shake it. Before you return it, turn the cartridge upside down to redistribute the toner in the cartridge. If you are running large quantities of the same print sheet with heavy printing on one side, reverse the print sheet to equalize the use of toner. If you tried these procedures and your printing continues to streak or there are printing omissions, the cartridge is empty.

What is the best method for recycling my cartridges?

• We recommend that you have a minimum of two cartridges for each machine you use, especially if the machine is heavily used. This allows one cartridge in the machine and one or more cartridges always available for immediate use. Many long-term Alltoner customers adopted the following: When the Alltoner cartridge is empty, immediately seal it in the original box, affix the postage paid mail-back label and drop it in the mail.

Am I really helping the environment by purchasing Alltoner toner cartridges?

• Yes! An empty toner cartridge adds approximately 3-5 pounds of unnecessary waste to landfills. Over 75 million pounds of plastic and metal are saved from landfills each year as a result of printer cartridge re-manufacturing. The plastic used in each printer cartridge will take over one thousand years to decompose. The manufacturing process used to create new cartridges depends heavily on fossil fuels, imported fossil fuels.
